David M. Grey

David M. Grey has been an attorney since 1986. David was born and raised in New York and moved to California after graduating from Hofstra Law School.

David has been involved in trials and arbitrations in a broad variety of areas and has worked on cases involving millions of dollars. David prides himself on keeping a cool head in times of stress and refuses to give up, appealing cases where necessary to obtain a winning result. David has handled some of the first mold cases in Los Angeles and enjoys dealing with the technical issues often associated with real estate and construction disputes. David also handles employment, insurance and personal injury cases. In recent years the firm has begun to represent families and special need students to ensure them access to the educational opportunities mandated by State and Federal law. David believes that his years of aggressive trial and litigation work translate effectively to dealing with the administrative process that makes up his special education practice. David has written extensively about legal issues and lectured on construction litigation and special education law.

The father of three sons, Larry, Eric and Sean, when not spending time with his family, David is an avid cyclist and a member of the board of directors of the Concerned Off Road Bicyclist Association, where has served as editor of the newsletter, Secretary and Treasurer.
